Boutique & Themed Wedding Packages
We specialize in small boutique and themed weddings of 50 guests or fewer. It is the perfect location for your “Pinterest” rustic country wedding. The property allows a choice of ceremony and reception locations.
Your guests can enjoy a game of horseshoes and bags or enjoy each other by a romantic fire. Children are welcome and will have lots of room to run, play yard games, and pick flowers. You can even have your dog walk you down the aisle!
Pricing for boutique or themed weddings of under 50 guests starts from a base price of $1500 for up to 20 guests. After the first 20 guests, there is a $50 per guest additional charge.
Example of 40 guests: $1500 + (20 * $50) = $2500
Example of 50 guests: $1500 + (30 * $50) = $3000
The wedding season at the farm is May through Oct.. We do all of the setups, decorating, clean up, and tear down. Included snacks, non-alcoholic drinks, games & fire pit set up for your guests. We work with you to customize your decorating theme and use or acquire decor for your wedding as needed. You just need to show up and be beautiful and have a relaxing, beautiful, fun wedding.

“We’ve Got You” Wedding Package
Plus Customized Optional Add-ons — This package includes everything we do in the
Boutique & Themed wedding package, but also includes us helping you handle all of the other details
of planning your wedding. Our goal is to help you reduce stress and time in planning your
wedding.
Our Wedding Planning Services include helping you find the following to meet your needs and
budget:
- DJ / Band if not using our system
- Alcoholic Beverages through a licensed provider
- Other misc. services as needed and desired
Cake and alcoholic beverages are your costs. Only wine and beer are allowed by the State of Iowa without a special event caterer.Â
